Who Can File a Takedown Notice
A DMCA takedown notice may be submitted by:
- The original copyright owner of the work in question
- A legal representative (attorney or agent) authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf
- An authorised representative of a record label, distributor, or rights-holding organisation
- A content licensing agency with documented rights to the work
Third parties who do not hold or represent the copyright in the work — including fans, unrelated artists, or members of the public — are not eligible to file takedown notices.

Required Information for a Valid Notice
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), a valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following elements. Incomplete notices will not be actioned and will be returned to the sender.

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide a representative list.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Notices that lack any of the above elements are considered deficient and will not be processed until the missing information is provided.

Takedown Process & Timeline
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, we follow this process:

Acknowledgement (within 24 hours): We confirm receipt of your notice via email and assign a reference number.

Review (within 48 hours): Our team reviews the notice for completeness and validity. We may contact you if additional information is required.

Action (within 72 hours of valid notice): If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the infringing content and notify the user who uploaded it.

Counter-notice period: The affected user has 10–14 business days to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.

Restoration (if applicable): If a valid counter-notice is received and you do not initiate legal proceedings within the required period, the content may be reinstated.

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). A valid counter-notice must include:

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not notify us that they have filed a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and our commitment to protecting copyright holders, LoadedPlug.Com | Your New Hub For Premium Entertainment, Creativity, and Pure Vibes. maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
A user who receives two or more valid DMCA notices against their uploaded content within a 12-month period will have their account suspended or permanently terminated, at our sole discretion.

Abuse & False Notices
Submitting a DMCA takedown notice with the knowledge that the material does not infringe copyright, or for purposes of censorship, harassment, or competitive harm, constitutes abuse of the DMCA process.

We reserve the right to forward abusive notices to the target of the notice and to relevant authorities, and to take legal action against parties who submit fraudulent claims.
